How to Pay & Read your Bill
You may pay your bill through our SmartHub App available in the mobile app store or online at https://swrea.smarthub.coop/Login.html, kiosks are open 24/7 at all of the Southwest Arkansas Electric co-op offices, over the phone by using our automated phone system at (855) 939-3697, or by mailing a check with the bottom portion of your bill to Four States Fiber, PO Box 1807, Texarkana, TX 75504-1807.
- All bills will be sent to your email and available on the SmartHub app around the 1st of each month.
- If you elected to receive a paper bill, please note there will be a $2.50 monthly charge.
- Bills are due on the 22nd each month. If the 22nd is on a weekend or holiday it will be due the following business day.
- Your initial bill will be prorated for a partial month of service (date of install to the end of that month) and a month in advance since we don't collect payment when you enroll for service. Usage charges for Phone will be billed after the charges are incurred.
- Taxes and Fees
- Broadband service is NOT subject to tax.
- Telephone service is subject to sales tax and various mandatory fees. Subscriber is liable for federal, state, and local taxes due.
- Late fee of $25.00 will be applied to all payments received after the due date.
- If your account gets disconnected for service, there is a $25.00 reconnect charge.
