Federal Lifeline*

Through Lifeline, eligible Four States Fiber customers can receive one of the two discounts listed below.

$9.25 off the monthly cost of broadband only or broadband and phone packages.

$5.25 off the monthly cost of phone only packages.

 

How to Qualify:

  • Participate in SNAP, Medicaid or other Federal Assistance Programs including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit.
  • Household income that is 135% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
  • Have a child or dependent that participates in any of the programs listed above.

Enhanced Lifeline for Tribal Lands*

If you live on Tribal Lands, eligible Four States Fiber customers can receive a discount of up to $34.25 off the monthly cost of broadband only, phone only or broadband and phone packages, and up to a $100 one-time discount on connection changes.

How To Qualify:

Live on federally recognized Tribal lands and:

  • Participate in SNAP, Medicaid or other Federal Assistance Programs including Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA), or Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit.
  • Household income of 135% or less than Federal Poverty Guidelines.
  • Participate in Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance, Head Start,
  • Tribal TANF, or Food Distribution Program.
